Role Summary/Purpose

Manage and develop Quality Control activities based on procedures, instruction, and quality plan.
Essential Responsibilities

- Control the process, review the test result, approve the inspection result, and monitor the compiling of final repair report based on standard procedure and meet with customer requirements.
- Involve in the calibration plan for gages
- Ensure timely collection of quality record data from each operation in the shop
- Establish and continuously improve the quality records system by working with inspection and testing engineer on the quality control system
- Train personnel program for inspector to develop and up grade skill within area responsibility
- Join Final / Incoming inspection and final release product after repair
- Use lean & six sigma methodology to drive quality process improvement
- Participate on EHS compliance.
- Conduct internal & external audit according to ISO 9001:2000 and follow up on actions as necessary.
- Monitor and provide quick reaction to quality events
- QCR initiation, execution and tracking
- RCA/QCR Initiation, tracking and execution
- Shop floor feedback and training
- Review and approve method sheets, paperwork.
- Review internal and external qualifications
Qualifications/Requirements

- Bachelor Degree of Engineering
- 3 years minimum working experience
- Strong knowledge of quality system
- Knowledge of gas turbine component and repair process

- Green Belt Certified
- Lean - Six Sigma
- Good interpersonal & communication skill, good leadership ability
- Fluent in English both written and oral
- PC skill, familiar with Microsoft Office
- Familiar with ISO 9001:2000 quality management system
