Role Summary/Purpose

Coordinate and expedite the flow of materials (from suppliers and also within departments) according to production schedules. Plan and schedule material/production needs. Positions requiring understanding of a concepts, methods and procedures (technical Bachelor’s Degree).
Essential Responsibilities

• Be the main contact point with PM team and global master scheduler to overall balance between production plan and delivery plan, and make sure the 100% OTD while keeping minimum inventory.
• Be responsible to create and update Production Schedule base on contracts and monitor the execution. Escalate the risk identified at the earliest time.
• Work with sourcing team to identify material fulfillment risk and adjust daily production plan accordingly if necessary.
• Be responsible to release POR and Work Order in ERP system, and make sure the accuracy by leveraging with Manufacturing Engineer and maintain demand forecast in system to drive material forecast to supplier.
• Demonstrate leadership on driving continuous improvement in the aspect of Lean, process prioritization, keep current production plan always align with high standard Lean concept.
Qualifications/Requirements

• College degree or above (preferably in engineering or business).
• 3+ years of working experience.
• Working experience with MRP system
• Excellent problem solving skills, sound judgment, initiative, and creativity.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, influencing, & organizational integration skills.
• Demonstrated ability to pay close attention to detail.
• Fluent English skill
