Role Summary/Purpose

Responsible for end-to-end logistics solutions to achieve required on-time pick up & delivery of goods. This includes executing processes to meet the logistics costs budgets and operating plans in their area of responsibility, and initiating improvements in logistics operation, and facilitates a strategic outlook that will better serve all stakeholders
Essential Responsibilities

·  Utstrakt kontakt med kunder i forhold til deres behovsestimater og dertilhørende input til produksjonsplaner
·  Behandling av mottatte ordre og planlegging av forsendelser
·  Samarbeide med produksjonen, kvalitetskontroll og ferdigvarelager på hvilke produserte batcher som skal sendes til hvilke kunder
·  Bestilling av transport
·  Utstedelse av faktura og annen transportdokumentasjon.

Qualifications/Requirements

·  Fortrinnsvis administrativ/logistikk utdannelse på bachelornivå. Relevant erfaring kan kompensere for manglende utdanning. Det vil bli gitt opplæring
·  Analytisk, evne til å strukturere data for effektiv planlegging av leveranser
·  Erfaring fra rapporterings, planleggings- og andre elektroniske verktøy (f.eks. SAP)
·  Kundefokusert
·  Ansvarsbevisst og nøyaktig
·  Selvstendig og samarbeidsvillig
·  Gode kommunikasjonsevner
·  Beherske norsk og engelsk muntlig og skriftlig

·  Bachelors in Logistics, Engineering or Supply Chain
·  Demonstrated logistics leadership of multiple facilities in a similar industry
·  Proven ability to work on cross-functional, multi-cultural teams
·  Excellent project management, communication and analytical skills
·  Ability to energize, develop and influence at all levels within an organization
·  Creates energy to deliver company goals through creation and comprehensive communication of practical “hands-on” operational plans and strategies
·  Proven growth leadership skills demonstrating clear perspective and understand factors impacting GEHC businesses and our suppliers
·  Solid communication and analytical skills, including experience with communicating with others from different countries and cultures
