Essential Responsibilities

·  This role is for skilled operators working within a variety of roles focused on the manufacturing of PCBs and Avionic assemblies

·  The role will include a range of tasks and the successful applicant should demonstrate flexibility and work effectively as part of a larger multi-disciplined team

·  The successful applicant could be expected to work shifts including night shifts
Qualifications/Requirements

·  Good level of dexterity

·  Attention to detail and hand eye coordination

·  Knowledge of basic health and safety

·  Basic numeracy and literacy skills

·  Good communication skills

·  Previous manufacturing experience would be advantageous

·  Drive to succeed as an individual and as part of a team

·  Positive approach to problem solving

·  Participating in training programmes and procedures

·  Willing to learn and adapt with a strong focus on flexibility

·  Self-motivated with a positive, can-do attitude

·  Excellent time keeping

·  Computer literate
