Role Summary/Purpose

·  Ensures first-class service contract process execution on customer service contracts. 
·  Provide electrical engineering and technical support with accuracy, quality, and timeliness to meet customer needs and business goals.
Essential Responsibilities

·  Initiate, follow, and close ITO and Sales related workflows.
·  Support the Team in monitoring, reporting and forecasting activities. 
·  Interpret Drawings, and Specifications to understand the solution.
·  Effectively manage and prioritize various projects with minimal supervision. 
·  Drive key activities of the project he / she is assigned to report to Unit Leader.
Qualifications/Requirements

·  Engineering (Electrical, Electronic, Mechatronics, or related) majors student.
·  High energy level - self-starter.
·  Sense of urgency in dealing with issues and tasks.
·  Analytical / Clear Thinker.
·  Proficient in Microsoft Office Tools, PowerPoint / Excel / Access.
·  Team player with strong interpersonal skills, capable of working within a globally diverse team across different time zones.
·  With can-do attitude, relationship abilities, passion & curiosity.
·  Sense of responsibility.
·  Ability to prioritize.
·  English advanced.
Desired Characteristics

·  Proficient English Speaker it’s a plus.
·  Knowledge of electrical substation equipment.
·  Strong oral and written communication skills.
