Role Summary/Purpose

Responsible for the operational excellence for the team assigned to him/her and this includes driving excellence in the areas of safety, quality, productivity, costs and delivery.
Essential Responsibilities

Key responsibilities include (but are not limited to):
- Schedule jobs and manage manpower to meet customer commitments
- Interact with internal and external customers
- Work on cycle time, cost, productivity and delivery improvement projects.
- Ensure full compliance with EHS and quality requirements
- Manage training requirements for technicians
- Lead and manage performance of technicians
- Carries out other duties as assigned
Qualifications/Requirements

- Degree or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent
- 2 years relevant work experience
- Good interpersonal, communication and influencing skills
- Able to work on rotating shifts
