Role Summary/Purpose
In this role, you will coordinate resources and tooling in order to satisfy Customer repair workscopes performed by On Wing Support Technicians, either on base or at remote locations
around the world. Applicants will be familiar with quick-turn aircraft engine maintenance, repair and field services. You will communicate with an internal team and customers to ensure seamless service
and workscope execution.
Essential Responsibilities
· Be accountable to Site Leader for all deliverables
· Coordinate and provide support for the team in all Technical, Logistical, Environmental, Health & Safety (EH&S) and Quality requirements
· Attend daily planning meetings and ensure business objectives are met by the team
· Ensure customer objectives are met through job planning and execution (customer ownership to be determined by the Site Leader)
· Provide internal and external customer support
· Provide IROWCS transaction support
· Support EH&S training / accident reporting
· Coordinate technician training needs
· Provide leadership and responsibility for customer operations teams and be accountable for those areas including overall management of customer contracts
· Act as focal point for the application of airport passes and Visa country access and collaborate with the office manager to ensure their completion
· Ensure material is delivered in line with the TAT of engines and liaise with suppliers when expediting outstanding deliveries.
Qualifications/Requirements
· Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college or equivalent knowledge and experience (or a high school diploma / GED with proven years of experience in Manufacturing).
· Experience in Materials Planning and Execution.
· Experience in commercial engine repair
