Essential Responsibilities

·  Responsible to Act as a focal point for technical documents, manuals and help to standardize operational processes together with experts in LATAM for Wind Digital Services Business;
·  Includes activities such as managing translations whenever needed, keeping documents updated on correct location, manage TWPs (Temporary Working Procedures) approval locally and provide inputs and feedback for WDI creation with global team. 

Qualifications/Requirements

·  Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college;
·  Experience in Services Operations Share Communications, Documents and Reviews with collaborators in the applicable language;
·  Analyze existing global documents to understand compatibility with local operations;
·  Excellent oral and written Communication. Proven analytical and organizational ability to prioritize demand and urgent; 
·  Advanced Microsoft Office skills (VBA programming) and Power BI / Tableau Analytics.

·  Excellent interpersonal skills; 
·  Effective problem identification and solution skills; 
·  General knowledge about Wind Turbine’s main components;
·  Spanish – Basic Level; 
·  Previous Experience with Methods &  Process.
