Role Summary/Purpose

Earning while you develop your skills, you will spend up to 4 years on our Apprenticeship Programme within GE in Stafford.
Essential Responsibilities

You will: 

·  Undertake duties as agreed with your Manager; adhering to company policies. 
·  Attend college at designated times. 
·  Ensure all college assignments are completed in a timely and relevant manner. 
·  Conform to GE's Health & Safety Policy and accept and carry out your responsibilities under the Health & Safety at Work etc. Act 1974.
·  You will be capable of using your own initiative and following detailed instructions against strict deadlines.
·  You will be a team player with a very flexible approach and willingness to learn and progress. 
·  Ability to work as part of a team. 
·  Ensure you act in an appropriate and professional manner at all times at College. 
·  Interpersonal skills for internal and customer facing activities. 
·  Technical ability

Qualifications/Requirements

·  5 x GCSE’s Grade D or above (including Maths, English and Science) or same experience/knowledge. 
·  Being able to use own initiative.

·  Flexible approach. 
·  Willingness to learn and progress. 
·  Organisational skills. 
·  Ability to communicate across different areas. 
·  Understanding of implications of actions. 
·  Good command of English language.
Real interest in Engineering.
