The Materials Planner will support Supply Chain management activities related to spare parts for a world

leader aircraft manufacturer. This includes among others, customer order, stock administration tasks,

repair order administration and support to sourcing.

What responsibilities will you have?

Customer Service:

• Analyze and understand requirement for quotation and order creation coming from customers.

• Creation of quotation and orders into SAP system (sales orders, repair orders, standard exchange

orders, loan orders, Initial provisioning orders, working parties)

• Communication between internal and external clients regarding quotation or order placed

• Review and manage exceptions and correct them according to the client's policy

• Manage customer return discrepancies

• Manage missing parts, track and manage material physical flow.

• Drop shipment regularization. (reproduce a flow that occurred directly between Customers and

supplier in SAP system

• Management of basic questions coming from customers further to orders placed in the frame of

logistics, quality, engineering and Finance.

• Manage core returns further to standard exchange placed by a customer

• Customer database Management in SAP system

• Manage Ferry flight kits that are leased to customer from the delivery to the return of the kit

• Reporting to do linked to different processes

Stock administration:

• Correct SAP stock location to allow the reception of parts.

• Do manual property transfer in SAP when the Standard Exchange process is not processed as

usual.

• Correct consignment stocks in SAP system when an “on site stock” contract change.

• Determine if the stock available can be used further to customer lease order request.

• Create repair orders for stock maintenance.

Sourcing administration:

• Create Purchase Order placed with suppliers

• Record in SAP system Supplier Acknowledgement

• Manage discrepancies further to reception of parts from suppliers


Repair administration:

• Creation and administration of repair order

• Follow up the repair backlog and send reminder to repair stations.

• Update ongoing repair orders and data into SAP system

• Manage unit scrapped at repair station in SAP system

• Manage of repair station returns discrepancies in relation with the warehouses

• Validate the services given by the repair stations in order to pay them.

• Do Drop shipment regularization (shipment from customer to repair station and back to customer

as well as the other way round flows.

• Check that all shop reports are logged in our market place and correct when necessary.

• Reporting to do linked to different processes

What academic qualifications do you need?

• Diploma/ Bachelor's Degree in a related field along with knowledge in Supply Chain/Procurement.
