Role Summary/Purpose

Coordinate and expedite the flow of materials (from suppliers and also within departments) according to production schedules. Plan and schedule material/production needs. Positions requiring understanding of a concepts, methods and procedures (technical Bachelor’s Degree).
Essential Responsibilities

• Responsible to manage MRP exception messages and plan all items in order to cover the demand without compression and avoiding excess stock and obsolescence.
• Responsible to meet inventory targets for the cell
• Responsible to analyze and reduce slow moving and excess stock working with Inventory Leader.
• Support ITO – Configuration in order to review material lead-times.
• Run MRP weekly and manage all MRP suggestions, creating Purchase requisition and Production orders without compression.
• Ensure data accuracy in the system, correct when needed (lead-times, dates, etc).
• Need to guarantee the need item will be available in the start date for manufacturing production orders.
• Need to have meetings with sourcing (buyers, expeditors, SQE) in order to have the most update information in the system regarding expected delivery date for buy items.
• Need to have meetings with short term planning in order to have most update information in the system regarding expected finished date for make items.
• Need to manage scraps and non-conformances and start new process to cover that demand.
• Correct tracking of shortages in order to start MO on-time.
• KPI of WIP – track short term planner to make sure MO is closed on-time.
• Ensure material substitution happens
• Conduct safety stock analysis.
• Manage engineering revisions.
• Stock sharing confirm
Qualifications/Requirements

▪University degree major in mechanical engineering.
大学本科以上，机械相关专业
▪ At least three to three-year experience in PIC， preferable major in mechanism processing or related gas & petroleum business. 3年以上的PIC实践管理工作经验，以机械加工和石油天然气相关行业为佳
▪ Experienced in ERP有企业管理信息系统（ERP）的熟练使用经验
▪ Exactly knows quality system. 熟悉质量系统
▪ Experienced in MS OFFICE and other software.
熟练操作电脑 MS OFFICE 相关软件
