Essential Responsibilities

• Create, correct and administer basic Material Master data, generate product codes in ERP system and update database 
• Follow up and track cross functional steps of listing 
• Provide support for cross-functions in MRP data related issues and questions 
• Have responsibility for master data creation, administration and accuracy 
• Actualize fulfillment parameters to ensure the most recent info is available for the X-functions, handle blocks and product phase in/out status 
• Develop current processes and find opportunities for process improvement and innovation 
• Maintain customer & product related tables (mat det) for unique customer ranges 
• Follow up whole listing process and contact cross functions for necessary steps 
• Work with suppliers to find best-fit packaging material and pallet structure for goods 
• Troubleshoot new and existing packaging problems involving designs, materials and processes and provide creative, timely, and cost-effective solutions. 
• Support label creation and bar code generation 
• Work internally with technology, product management, operations, logistics and sourcing to create best packaging solutions 
• Identify and implement cost saving initiatives related to packaging materials, labor, efficiency, transportation, and storage.  
• Work with IT team on digitization projects, setup report structure 
• Run daily reports supporting supply chain team’s daily work

Qualifications/Requirements

• University or college degree - Economics or Logistics/Supply Chain management preferred
• Excellent PC skills (MS Office), experience with Data Warehouse and SAP system is an advantage
• Strong analytical and statistical skills and data driven decision making approach.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills, ability to effectively interface with all levels of internal and external customers
• Fluency in English and Hungarian
