Primary point of contact to manage, cleanse, normalize and optimize customer and prospect data stored in our marketing automation platform (Marketo).
Monitor, fine-tune and execute processes to ensure compliance with privacy regulations (CASL/GDPR).
Report on database health and recommend actions to improve areas that need improvement.
Optimize data collection strategy for marketing needs, such as progressive profiling, standardized form fields and 3rd party integrations, and purchased lists.
Recommend and launch data enrichment/hydration processes and platforms.
Monitor, flag and resolve data synchronization issues across integrated systems (CRM/Marketing Automation/eCommerce) that affect data integrity.
Lead contact to resolve CRM, external data platform, and 3rd party integration issues.
Frequent periodic review and mitigation of data exceptions.
Create and maintain defined audience persona and other segmentations as needed.
Create and execute processes to reduce and prevent duplicate records.
Maintain and optimize automated data management workflows within the marketing automation platform.
Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Computer Science, Business Administration or related field
3-5 years of experience in CRM/Customer Data Management Systems
Experience working with Salesforce CRM preferred
Experience working with a marketing automation platform (Marketo/Eloqua/Pardot) preferred.
Experience normalizing, analyzing, and optimizing customer databases.
Proven track record of improving database health and streamlining data collection processes.
Advanced Excel skills with ability to interpret and develop quantitative analyses and reports.
Experience using Power Query to transform data preferred.
Ability to translate business objectives into data management tactics
Strong organizational and project management skills with ability to prioritize based on business outcome
Experience in Agile practices including testing and learning
Strong collaboration skills, working with teams and cross functional business units
Past success in driving results that make bottom-line impact to the business
Excellent verbal, written and presentation skills
