Role Summary/Purpose

Engineering associated with the manufacturing process. Positions requiring understanding of a concepts, methods and procedures (technical Bachelor’s Degree).
Essential Responsibilities

• Ability of understand mechanical and electrical drawing, spec, and schematic;
• Work with global manufacturing engineers to leverage existing manufacturing process /technology, and spread the use of new innovations and best practices developed around the world.
• Write and maintain manufacture work instructions.
• Integrate manufacturing with design engineering functions to improve manufacture and support initiatives/projects to improve quality, cost, fulfillment, and safety.
• Manufacturing layout/ capability/capacity analysis.
• BOM analysis and maintain manufacturing related data in the ERP system
Qualifications/Requirements

• 4 years technical degree (or equivalent related experience), better major in Mechanics & Electric
• 2 years working experience in a technical/mechanical environment. Working experience in an assembly activity of large components, lifting/Handling experience of large components are preferred;
• Fluent English communication skill in oral and writing;
• Proficient personal computer skills;
• Six Sigma or Continuous Improvement tools experience
• Knowledge for BOM management experience;
