Role Summary/Purpose
In the role of Manufacturing Associate-2nd shift in PCBA, you will:
Essential Responsibilities
· Assemble product using appropriate support documentation in R / 3, blueprints, schematics, Manufacturing Process Instructions (MPIs), specifications, Lists of Materials (LMs), customer special instructions, and Bills of Material (BOMs)
· Assemble product using appropriate support documentation in Orbit Central and Environmental Health & Safety (EHS) & Quality PowerSuite web applications, in support of all Production Plan and Global Project requirements
· Communicate with sales, planners, engineering, and management on a level necessary to allow closed-loop communication of assembly / scheduling issues
Qualifications/Requirements
· High School Diploma / GED from an accredited school or institution
· Minimum 6 months of assembly or warehouse experience
Eligibility Requirements:
· Work 2nd shift
· Work overtime, weekends and holidays, as required
· Work in a constant pushing, pulling, lifting, stretching, bending and other physical activities
· Be in the shop environment a minimum of 8 hours per day, primarily standing and sitting, as required
· Lift objects weighing up to 50 lbs.
· Stand or sit for long periods of time, as required
Desired Characteristics
· Experience working in an International Organization for Standardization (ISO) environment
· SAP experience
· Demonstrated communication skills
· Previous assembly experience
· Previous stock experience or knowledge of stock procedures (example: FIFO)
· Safety-minded
· Ability to work well with others
· Self-motivated and directed
