Role Summary/Purpose

This role will be responsible for assisting in development and implementation of digital solutions for forecasting/funding plan and cash and bank reporting. The role will be responsible for collaborating with Treasury, GE businesses and other stakeholders to build a robust process of creating visibility to all cash activity including both internal and external cash flows to support more informed strategic and working capital decisions.
Essential Responsibilities

Key responsibilities include:

·  Support global cash transformation initiatives related to regional liquidity management, bank reporting and other cash and liquidity processes.

·  Perform extensive data gathering and analysis to understand current state, identify areas for improvement and related change management impact on existing systems and processes.

·  Assist in defining the target state by analyzing current process and procedures.

·  Leverage latest digital tools to define and deliver innovative solutions for proactive cash management and reporting, develop new applications

·  Coordinate with solution providers to define functionality needs and assist in configuration and build effort.

·  Design and execute solution testing, back-testing, training and implementation.

·  Design and run reporting processes aimed at automating and augmenting existing processes.

·  Develop forecasting and funding models with business input and external best practice benchmarking

·  Closely work with cross-functional teams that span across multiple businesses/functions within and outside Treasury on all cash management initiatives.

·  Lead data and financial analytics, derive meaningful outcomes and present in a concise manner which enables efficient and quick decision making and support sustained process improvement.
Qualifications/Requirements

Basic Qualifications:

·  Bachelor’s Degree in finance, accounting or related field and a minimum of 4 years of experience within a corporate treasury organization or financial services business.

·  Minimum 2 years of experience with analytical exercises.

·  Successful candidate coming from Capital Treasury will receive a one-off relocation payment.

Desired Characteristics

·  Strong Proficiency in MS Access and Excel; Demonstrated analytical, problem solving and data management skills.
·  Ability to work in a dynamic environment that changes often, analyze complex processes and large sets of data, collaborate with a wide variety of teams (e.g.,
·  Treasury, IT, and Business Units) and communicate findings in a crisp manner.
·  Graduate of GE Leadership Program, FMP Green Belt certification.

·  Experience in a matrix and global environment preferred.

·  Prior experience in Finance Systems, FP&A or Treasury is a plus.
