Role Summary/Purpose

Responsible for the oversight and execution of wing to wing operational processes including closing and reporting, compliance for both US GAAP and local statutory entities as well as the delivery of treasury initiatives on behalf of Trailing. Provide recommendations and drive operational ownership across teams to ensure consistency and compliance. Assist in identifying process improvements and act as financial resource for team.
Essential Responsibilities

Manage and execute on controllership deliverables within focused area or process of controllership (i.e. external reporting, cash settlement, client management, local accounting compliance and governance, closing & reporting & treasury). Identify controllership simplification and process improvement opportunities. Coordinate with controllership and finance teams. Review and conduct analysis of financial statements.
Qualifications/Requirements

Bachelors Degree. Minimum 3 years of finance or accounting experience. Demonstrated leadership skills. Demonstrated oral and written communication skills. Proficient use of financial systems and Microsoft Office (eg. Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Desired Characteristics

Bachelor’s Degree in Finance or Accounting. Financial services industry experience. Demonstrated management skills. Financial Management Program (FMP) grad or Corporate Audit Staff (CAS) grad. Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities.
