Roles and Responsibilities:
· Lead and manage Customer Order and Fulfillment operations across the LATAM region, ensuring end-to-end order execution excellence;
· Oversee the full order lifecycle, from order entry to delivery and invoicing, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with company policies. Act as the primary point of contact for escalations related to order management, service delivery, and customer experience in LATAM;
· Drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize processes, reduce cycle times, and enhance service quality. Collaborate closely with Sales, Supply Chain, Logistics, Finance, and Customer Service teams to ensure seamless cross-functional execution;
· Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs), service levels, and operational metrics; define and implement corrective actions when needed. Ensure compliance with regional regulations, trade compliance, and internal controls related to order fulfillment and services operations;
· Lead, coach, and develop regional teams, fostering a high-performance and customer-centric culture;
· Support digitalization and system enhancement initiatives related to order management and fulfillment processes.
Required Qualifications:
· Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain, Engineering, or a related field;
· Experience: Previous experience in fulfillment, logistics, operations, or a related area. Experience managing and developing teams, including performance management and daily operational leadership;
· Fluency in English is mandatory;
· Spanish is desirable.
