Business Leadership Programs
Participants in formal leadership and training programs or in internships or co-ops that serve as talent pipelines.
Designed specifically for military officers, the program is a unique opportunity to work in three 8-month rotations within a GE business. All 8 businesses now have a program. Qualified candidates, with exceptional military service, are selected to start their careers with GE in this two-year cross-functional program, including both on-the-job and formal classroom training.
