Role Summary/Purpose

Essential Responsibilities

This role will be a key support in the HR team, focusing on site HR processes and initiatives for GE Aviation Malaysia,

• Drive key responsibilities and initiatives of HR team, eg recruitment
• Coordinate site events with internal and/or external stakeholders
• Support HR Engagement Initiatives across employee populations
• Identify and drive opportunities for simplification, digitization and documentation
• Partner with Teaming Champions to coordinate site wide communication initiatives
• Support and lead internship engagement efforts across the site
Qualifications/Requirements

• Bachelor degree in Business/HR/Psychology/Communications preferred
• GPA greater than or equal to 3.0/4.0 overall
• Demonstrated leadership ability and initiative
• Hunger to win, accountable, learner, authentic, giver, agile, judgment, connector.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and influencing skills
• Passionate in Human Resources
• Must be able to converse in local language.
• Valid work authorization
