Role Summary/Purpose

We’re looking for a solid, proactive and supportive intern to provide both communications and administration support to Global Operations Asia center all functions by working very closely with GO Asia leader’s office.
Essential Responsibilities

• GO ASIA wechat platform operational management: ideas initiating, story mining, planning, drafting and polishing, platform maintaining
• Coordinate with GO different process teams and GGO communications team regarding specific communications related deliverables, e.g., video producing, photo shooting, campaigns, etc.
• Support medium sized projects and is a big contributor to bigger projects of various external or internal communications events / activities, such as, all hands meeting, annual party, customer hero, internal/external visit.
• Global Ops data management, gift storage management, distribution list management, etc
Qualifications/Requirements

• major in journalism, communications, or Public Relations is preferred.
• Wechat running experience is strongly preferred
• A strong ability in news/story writing. Skillful in using PPT, and skills in social media /digital comms are preferred.
