Role Summary/Purpose
The Imaging Services Segment Leader is responsible for commercial success of our products & services applicable to our Imaging install base. This role will work collaboratively with relevant global, APAC and local Commercial teams as well as Product Sales Specialists, Lifecycle and OTR teams and Growth teams to develop and position relevant service offerings, lifecycle products at POS and on an ongoing basis. This role will report to the ANZ Service Commercial Leader
Essential Responsibilities
This role will own the growth and profitability strategy for the portfolio and will integrate best lifecycle practices and tools to relevant modalities and channels while ensuring commercial execution.
Key Responsibilities include:
• Delivering on revenue and growth targets for Imaging service segment.
• Responsible for the management of:
Tiered offerings reflecting the “voice of the customer”,
Pricing structures for all programs and Service parts in Imaging, and
new product development offerings around lifecycle of equipment and commercial offerings
• Inconjunction with the ANZ Field Marketing team, develop and execute Imaging Service Programs and Offerings, including the Options & Upgrades strategy, in alignment with local product strategies, to achieve and exceed sales targets
• Build sales execution plans consistent with above working with the service commercial sales organisation to ensure sales targets are met and recommending incentive programs for sales or service to drive revenue growth
• Training the sales and operational channels in Service Product offerings and programs to ensure that the business is clear on the processes and information required to grow revenue and answer internal and external enquiries
• Inconjunction with the ANZ Field Marketing team, develop internal collateral to drive awareness of imaging service products across the business
• Work collaboratively with equipment teams to drive Install Base revenue growth and increase exposure of product portfolio and subsequent service revenue growth
• Ensure customer focus by ensuring the “voice of the customer” is reflected in product portfolio and that progress is measured against service product changes in terms of revenue growth.
• Working with Regional Service Engineers to ensure that service offering is inclusive of new products and a full review of commercial viability of service pricing and offering occurs on a regular basis.
• Responsibility for driving pricing changes in service contracts and parts pricing for imaging are enacted and operationally the business can transact effectively.
• Work with Operations, Sales, Service and OTR teams to drive efficiencies through the wing to wing contract & growth portfilio processes to ensure data accuracy
• Contribute to Service business strategy and manage specific business development, process improvement and other projects as appropriate.
Qualifications/Requirements
Required Qualifications:
• Tertiary qualifications in business, marketing, product management or related field of stud
• Minimum of 3-5 years experience in capital / service sales role, marketing or product management role
• Strong presentation skills and understanding of selling skills and CRM utilisation
• Excellent analytical, interpersonal, influencing skills with the ability to communicate with employees and customers at all levels
• Strong business acumen and domain expertise in imaging/radiology market dynamics and ANZ macro environment
Preferred Qualifications:
• Experience operating in a matrix environment with regional & with global teams
• 3-5 years experience in GE operating mechanisms, systems & tools with exposure in large projects with multiple stakeholders
