Essential Responsibilities

·  Unterstützung der HR Manager im Tagesgeschäft

·  Erstellen von HR Reports und Kennzahlen

·  Rekruiting Unterstützung inkl. Teilnahme an Interviews

·  Mitarbeiterkommunikationen in englischer und deutscher Sprache

·  Organisation von HR Events inkl. Unterstützung bei Aktivitäten rund um Nachwuchsförderung

Qualifications/Requirements

·  Student/-in der BWL, Psychologie, Wirtschaftspsychologie, Soziologie mit Schwerpunkt Personal im höheren Fachsemester oder vergleichbar

·  Sehr gute deutsche und englische Sprachkenntnisse

·  Sehr gute Microsoft Office Kenntnisse

·  Organisationstalent

·  Selbständige Arbeitsweise
