Role Summary/Purpose

Assist in developing OJT curriculum and Training.
Essential Responsibilities

- Assist in reviewing the employees' hand book
- Review and align HR related policies and procedures and standard form/s
- Work with various departments and training institution to support Professional Conversion Program (PCP) and Earn-and-Learn Program (ELP)
- Work with Teaming and HR Leaders to provide administrative related support to Training activities.
- Maintain and update training records for OJT and external training.
- Maintain and update employee profiles
- Coordinate and monitor new hires (including interns, contract and full-time employees) orientation process among the various supporting functions and shops operations.
- Assist with GE Operation Standard implementation and continuous improvement
Qualifications/Requirements

- Currently pursuing either a Degree or Diploma in Human Resource Management or related
- Ability to work independently
- Good communication and interpersonal relationship skills
- Proficient in MS Office software
