Role Summary/Purpose

We are looking for HR/Recruitment intern to join the growing GE Energy business in Israel.
In this role you will mainly support recruitment efforts, as well as HR back office tasks, for the Power Gas, Steam and Renewable Energy businesses.
Essential Responsibilities

• Support the overall recruitment process for external hires, internal moves and contractor conversions
• Drive recruitment efforts, including expending recruitment sources, leveraging job boards and social media platforms and manage the employee referral program
• CV screening, phone interviews and provide guidance to recruiting Managers, while ensuring the recruitment process is managed according to GE guidelines and local regulations
• Conduct in-depth interviews and reference checks
• Support the on-boarding process for new hires as well as off boarding and employment terminations
• HR Administrative support including data management, time and attendance and various HR reports
• Manage the HR system
• Assist with HR projects and initiatives as needed
Qualifications/Requirements

• MA/MBA/MSc Student
• 1-2 years' recruitment experience
• Proven experience recruiting through Social media (Facebook, LinkedIn etc.)
• Excellent English, both verbal and written
• Able to work at least 60-80%
