Role Summary/Purpose

The Intern for Global Operations – HR Team will contribute to manage a large, complex, or multiple operational processes. Develop effective relationships with the internal and external suppliers that administer the process. Identify and help to resolve operational issues and support process improvements. Work cross functionally with internal teams and suppliers.
Essential Responsibilities

·  Contribute to design and develop tools and processes required for improving the Global Operations - HR capabilities of the organization
·  Provide support in the Global Operations - HR processes for different businesses
·  Develop effective relationships with customers (Businesses, HR, Finances) and suppliers through proactive communication to provide outstanding service delivery
·  Proactively seek customer feedback to identify areas for process improvement, standardization and productivity within assigned process
Qualifications/Requirements

·  Currently attending the last two years of a bachelor degree (Business Administration, Public Accountant/Auditor, Human Resources)
·  Proficient in English (oral and written)
·  Team player who enjoys working collaboratively
