Role Summary/Purpose

This role will lead GE Healthcare’s Cash Controllership activities with responsibility for the cash flow statement (e.g. significant transactions, closing process, reporting) and related financial tools. This role will also be a part of the core team defining and executing new requirements and capabilities as GE Healthcare seeks to become a standalone company. This role requires a strong partnership with the Cash and Controllership teams.
Essential Responsibilities

·  Full ownership of the SEC/GAAP compliant cash flow statement closing process, including booking of Cash Flow Adjustments (CFAs), reconciliations and daily pulsing process, and reviewing cash flow statement and CFAs with external auditors 
·  Develop solid technical understanding of the intricacies of cash flow accounting (e.g. FX, M&A, restructuring implications, etc.) to be able to connect the dots to understand and articulate implications of proposed actions and to serve as a subject matter expert on cash and the point of contact for the global cash teams 
·  Maintain and enhance financial tools including Hyperion, chart of accounts, QMI system, etc. Identify the need for new tools and setup processes to enhance driver based estimation and forecasting processes
·  Develop and maintain comprehensive cash technical training for GEHC in partnership with Controllership and other cross functional teams
Qualifications/Requirements

·  Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college. 
·  Minimum of 5 additional years of Finance experience.
