Role Summary/Purpose

As a member of a World-Class Team, the Manufacturing Product Assembler Interior Assembly will work from manufacturing specifications, assembles insulation supports, filler, terminals, terminal boards, leads, bushbars, hardware, switches, tap changers, fuses and other components to interiors. Tightens assemblies and makes adjustments to insure proper operation of accessories. Bolts, clips, screws, or others fasteners parts together by use of necessary hands tools.

Essential Responsibilities

As the Manufacturing Product Assembler, you will:

·  Assemble insulation supports, filler, terminals, terminal boards, leads, bushbars, hardware, switches, tap changers, fuses and other components to interiors
·  Tightens assemblies and makes adjustments to insure proper operation of accessories
·  Bolts, clips, screws, or others fasteners parts together by use of necessary hands tools
·  Other duties as assigned
Qualifications/Requirements

·  High School Diploma or GED equivalent
Desired Characteristics

·  Ability to operate processing equipment
·  Ability to demonstrate proficiency in shop math
·  Certified overhead crane operator
·  Must obtain GE Fork Truck license
·  Experience in use of simple hand and air tools, measuring tapes and gauges
·  Ability to install network tap changers and related assemblies
·  Demonstrate proficiency in reading measuring devices and drawings
