Role Summary/Purpose

The Siebel Technical Analyst is responsible for the technical guidance of CRM Platform cross-functional users and Level 3 Team Members in CRM navigation by: troubleshooting / fixing Problem Tickets, Project management of Ongoing Platform Data Management activities and Release management of Enhancements and Defect fixes by communicating with an extensive matrix of functional and technical stakeholders users, teams with the end goal of driving Platform stability.

Essential Responsibilities

·  Overall Support Siebel CRM system

·  Provide Expert Guidance / Defect Troubleshooting on: Siebel Functional Application, Business Process, technical code and Integrations with other enterprise architecture

·  Perform minimally and parallelly in three fundamental hybrid capacities as a Developer, a Business Analyst, and an Architect

·  UI application user interface for end user and code

·  Troubleshooting/data management

·  Interact with end users in all roles as needed to coordinate issue resolution for above list

·  Project Manage varying projects within the Siebel AM platform

·  Support Incident and Problem Ticket fixes by guiding development Team with functional and technical guidance testing demos

·  Support Release management by grooming User Stories, updating documentation and testing demos

·  Build and update training documentation for end user guidance

·  Take task-based data management update or query requests and operate independently to project manager / complete the tasks.

·  Update Key System Data such as, but not limited to: Contract Data, Invoices, Service Regions & Products

·  Run Regular proactive, reactive and ad hoc sql queries, analyze data

·  Design Dataload jobs in sql, support the Data Conversion team in execution

·  Responsibilities may not be limited to the above and are subject to change

·  Must have formal Siebel training in 8.1 or extensive on-the-job experience in 8.1

·  Bachelor’s degree

·  Technical Expert in Siebel 8.1 CRM System

·  Minimum 3 years job experience in technology, data analysis, project management or related field

·  Experience in EIM, EAI, SOAP UI

·  Expert in RCR jobs, Run Time Events and workflows

·  Advanced communication skills – ability to collaborate with others and communicate effectively via phone, instant messaging and in person

·  Ability to multi-task and record and self-audit day to day activities

·  Availability to work flexibly 40 hours between Monday – Friday between 7am and 7pm Central

·  Availability to work some weekend hours remote

·  Must be able to work out of Research Park office – 9900 Innovation Drive, Wauwatosa
Desired Characteristics

·  Prior formal education or certification in Siebel

·  Familiarity with SOA Integration and Informatica Integrations

·  Previous experience working with geographically dispersed teams

·  Knowledge and understanding of our USCAN Service business processes

·  Strong understanding of Data Flows

·  Experience in Software Lifecycle Release Management

·  Siebel CRM 2017+, ServiceNow, Mobile Applications, MS Excel, Windows 7,10, IE8+, Firefox, Google Chrome

·  Attention to detail, accuracy and record keeping of work performed

·  Ability to take direction, then work independently

·  Ability to take notes on requested tasks

·  Ability to balance when to ask questions on unanticipated variations, vs work independently

·  Ability to manage & track multiple tasks and stay focused to close

·  Ability to adapt, shift focus if needed, but keep other tasks in mind for further work
