Role Summary/Purpose

The Royal Australian Air Force Performance Based Logistics Customer Account Manager provides direction and assistance to work group in order to meet assigned contract and program objectives. In this role, you will work within defined parameters to make decisions, apply concepts to issues of moderate complexity, and resolve issues through immediate action or short-term planning.
Essential Responsibilities

In particular, you will :

·  Executing orders and sales by driving and implementing PBL sales strategy to assigned customers, capitalizing on the customer’s strengths as supplemented by GE’s products and services 

·  Expediting high priority parts and managing forecasted demand for supported contracts 

·  Building customer relationships with the USN and the RAAF 

·  Working with customers to determine appropriate product / service solutions  

·  Contributing to defining and implementing strategies to increase orders volume and profitability 

·  Supporting contract negotiations as required for the RAAF and other PBL pursuits as required  

·  Maintain knowledge of market trends, competitive actions, product needs, and customer base  

·  Working with Marketing to develop project specific sales strategies for assigned customers 

·  Make recommendations for continued growth  

·  Working with GE Field Reps to solve customer spare parts issues and identify emerging trends for supported contracts  

·  Managing financial performance of RAAF TLS and coordinate with Finance and Biz Ops Teams on sales / inventory tracking and management  
·  Other duties as assigned in the management of F404 / F414 PBL type contracts
Qualifications/Requirements

·  Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college (Or a high school diploma / GED with a minimum of 4 years of experience in Services)

·  Minimum of 1 year of experience in Customer Order and Fulfillment

ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENT :

·  This role is restricted to U.S. persons (i.e., U.S. citizens, permanent residents, and other protected individuals under the Immigration and Naturalization Act, 8 U.S.C. 1324b(a)(3)) due to access to export-controlled technology. GE will require proof of status prior to employment

·  Knowledge of AMPS program for orders management and strong Excel skills
