Role Summary/Purpose

This role involves the review and preparation of engine margin analysis, billing reporting and process improvement. The candidate will be exposed to GEESM's billing and reporting process, collaborating with cross functional stakeholders to meet reporting deadlines. We are looking for candidates who are able to work independently with strong focus on process improvement and simplification
Essential Responsibilities

·  Cost analysis & Invoicing: To independently own the engine jobs for cost accumulation, establishing technical, analytical and documentary trail for different cost components and generating invoices for customer.
·  Revenue Analysis: generate engine level profitability analytics and facilitate reviews with Operations and Customer Support teams
·  WIP inventory analysis incl proactively managing operational and financial aged WIP ensuring timely liquidation of costs
·  Work with Revenue Leader to manage accounts receivable ageing, collections and dispute resolution
·  Support Controllership and FP&A teams on sub ledger reconciliations, monthly close and financial reporting
·  Support special projects and process improvement initiatives

Qualifications/Requirements

·  Degree in Accounting or Finance

·  2 years of working experience in finance or strong operation
background with high energy in learning finance process

·  Good interpersonal skills &
written proficiency in English

·  Computer literate, good knowledge in
Microsoft Excel.

·  Ability to work as team player,
demonstrates proactive behavior and takes initiatives

·  Desire to grow and strong focus on
process improvement and fast learner.
