Essential Responsibilities
Supply Chain Finance – Product cost
1. Prepare product cost estimation for product line to support business decision.
2. Track product cost variance and drive cost out with Operations.
3. Review variances and provide analysis for FP&A.
4. Prepare product cost forecast for business financial plan & forecast.
5. Provide product cost analysis.
6. Provide financial metrics & operation metrics with analysis.
7. Drive process improvement in product cost tracking.
8. Support Operations in market price analysis.
9. Provide transfer price calculation.
10. Support finance manager in ad hoc product cost project.
11. Support finance manager in process improvement project.
Supply Chain Finance – Balance Sheet and Cashflow
1. Support P&E budgeting process
2. Create payback analysis for P&E
3. Lead regular P&E review with operations
4. Support cashflow forecast
5. Support Asia supply chain balance sheet review & forecast
Qualifications/Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance, Economics
Strong oral and written communication skills in both Chinese & English
Strong interpersonal skill
Strong analytics skills
Team work spirit
Open mindset
PC proficiency
Desired Characteristics
International company experience
Experience as internal/external auditor
Expertise in VBA, database, programing is a plus
Manufacture site experience is a plus
FMP / PFLP /CAS Experience is a plus
CICPA or equivalent accounting certificate
