Role Summary/Purpose

The Financial Analyst – Supply Chain, will be responsible for supporting ISS BJ Manufacture and Engineering team locally and mainly focus on Variable & Base cost, Standard costing and related activity and also overseeing MOH. He/she will provide support through forecasting, pacing, reporting, explaining variances for the operations team.
Essential Responsibilities

• Partner with business leaders in leading plant planning cycles including developing estimates, operating plans/forecasts/reviews and reporting;
• Be responsible for analyzing key financial metrics – VC & BC, MOH, FP & FP% ;
• Coordinate monthly & quarterly estimate sessions with extended team;
• Understand, communicate and explain variance drivers within the business. Segment them into unusual, controllable, operating drivers and identify root cause and action owners for each;
• Work with plant manager and ISS global finance managers to understand & drive opportunities for productivity improvement and managing cost. Lead and provide analytics on strategic initiatives;
• Lead standard costing review and annual rate set up; Lead/train Ops to solve routing updates issues during year-end closing and avoid liquidation dilutions; Lead post process factor analysis review
• Driving standardization & process improvement across operating businesses in all aspects of planning and reporting, including best practice sharing;
• Inventory: Lead yearly Physical Inventory, cycle count process; Lead weekly obso/MRB/GIT/scrap review mechanism and identify risk & opportunities
• Deep dive into PO application and standardize/enhance operation process, and avoid potential risks and compliance issue
• Identify process improvement needs and lead implementations to continuously improve the way the finance team operates;
• Work with local IE and material team in material overhead estimation … driving plant purchase vol forecast accuracy and inbound logistic cost analysis; proactively provide the visibility to operation team to make sure they understand the operation performance and identify VCP opportunities.
• Work with controllership/tax team and external audit for STAT report purpose;
Qualifications/Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration and minimum of three years of financial work experience
• FMP graduate or CAS graduate is a plus
