Role Summary/Purpose

As a Field Engineer, you are the key interface between BHGE and the client at the job site. Your job will be demanding both mentally and physically. You will often work in harsh conditions. You will be required to meet customer requirements and expectations through flawless execution.
Essential Responsibilities

• Under broad direction provides direct instruction and supervision to junior field engineers on day-to-day well site work and activities.
• Provide advice and direction to external customers and third- party well side colleagues as appropriate
• Provides resolution to a diverse scope and range of complex problems at the well site where analysis of data requires having a broad knowledge of the product line's tools and or services.
• Work is evaluated upon completion by a Field Supervisor( where appropriate), local operations Management and the external customer to ensure that objectives have been met.
• Act as a project leader and mentors of junior engineers.
• Provide direct instruction and supervision to the team day by day
• Conducts all business activities in accordance with BHGE requirements and compliance.
Qualifications/Requirements

Electronics/Electrical-Telecommunication Engineering Degree o
• Previous technical working experience in similar position or in a manufacturing environment (from +3 years);
• Availability to execute activities worldwide (on and off-shore);
• Ability to read technical drawings/schematics;
• Basic knowledge of electric components on High and Low voltage;
• Basic theoretical physical/thermodynamic fundamentals;
• Good knowledge of electronics/electrics measurements;
• Familiarity with common PC software tools;
• Strong analytic and problem-solving skills;
• Good interpersonal & organizational skills;
• Fluent English language;
