Role Summary/Purpose

This role supports in the development of a comprehensive digital performance management (DPM) system. The DPM will provide intelligence to continuously measure, test and optimize options of key aspects of the value chain. The system will be digitally capturing performance 24/7 and variance/recovery commentary on a regular basis. This process helps BHGE deliver a great service for customers.

Ideal internship for someone interested in digital/IT and wants to work in a fast paced environment.
Essential Responsibilities

You will be required to translate internal and external reporting requirements into Real Track visualisation and assisting the system development engineer in data source identification.
The incumbent will also support the development engineer in the documentation of the DPM regarding the development and upkeep.

Systems

·  Support the development of a comprehensive digital performance management system as described above

·  Agree with all end users meaningful performances measurement metrics.

·  Support the maximise the use of current DPM systems in BHGE

·  Identify areas of efficiencies and implementing consistent processes across the business to transform reporting resources from manual implementation to strategic & innovate optimisation efforts.

·  Collaborate with all DPM contributors to consolidate the level and frequency of reporting required by Projects.
Delivery

·  Collaborate with all DPM contributors to provide real-time visual project performance indicators focusing on critical variation to the plan to the Project and Clients

·  Ensure that the DPM reflects the latest project performance status

·  Identify future business and project needs and implement effective functional solutions.

·  Attend and actively participate in all team meetings and follow up on any actions assigned

·  We are ideally looking for candidates who are available immediately.
Qualifications/Requirements

·  Desired – an understanding of project performance requirements

·  Desired - an understanding of Subsea product knowledge or similar products.

·  Desired - Strong business and financial acumen, including demonstrated experience in a global O&G environment.

·  Desire to learn about the development of DPM system and the interaction with multiple and varying data platforms
