Role Summary/Purpose

Due to internal promotion we now have a fantastic opportunity to join us within our customer repairs team. Supporting customers in both civil and military markets, this role manages repairs through the life of the customer order, ensuring priorities are managed and customers are updated at all times. Essential Responsibilities

Known internally to GE as Customer Order and Fulfillment Specialist, the responsibilities of the role will be as follows;

·  Be a focal point for customers providing timely communication on status of their repair orders.
·  Liaise with internal stakeholders to ensure delivery schedules are adhered to and customer expectations are met.
·  Ensure correct documentation is received from the customer to enable prompt processing of their repair orders and expedient shipment.
·  Accurate booking in of repair orders to ensure all customer & GE requirements are captured.
·  Quotation preparation and distribution to customer, following up on customer response and providing clarification on any queries.
·  Communication of delivery forecast dates to customer, ensuring timely update of system.
·  Work to find solutions to customers’ problems to resolve queries promptly.
·  Ensure customers’ AOG situations are resolved quickly and efficiently.
·  Support of customer meetings with Programme Manager and provision of supporting documentation as required
·  Support customer visits as needed, supplying metrics and repairs status when requested.
·  Provision of additional administrative support as required.
Qualifications/Requirements

·  Strong experience in a Customer facing role and/or manufacturing role
·  Competent with MS-Office suite
·  Attention to detail is essential
