Role Summary/Purpose
As the Controls Fulfillment Systems Engineer, you will be responsible for project execution of control systems with emphasis on network and security design for Gas, Steam, BOP, HRSG (Heat Recovery Steam Generator) and Services orders. You will work with ITO (Inquiry to Order) and the HW fulfillment engineer to define, structure, and deploy a secure solution to meet requisition and customer needs.
Essential Responsibilities
As the Controls Fulfillment Systems Engineer, you will support the fulfillment process through ordering, set up and configuration of the customer equipment, customer witness testing, and field support as needed.
As the Controls Fulfillment Systems Engineer, you will:
• Be able to execute the technical requirements / details for the network structure and cyber security solution for operation of the control panels, HMI, cyber security equipment, Bently Vibration monitoring
• Support customer discussions related to the network and cyber security design and drive structuring and standardization to the product based on customer needs
• Interact with Sourcing and Global Supply Chain teams to drive product cost & cycle improvements through standardization
• Work with fulfillment team to manage schedule and requirements risk with respect to the controls system, network & security
• Lead customer witness tests and demonstration of the network and cyber security equipment
• Support the control system throughout the product lifecycle (OTR, RTS)
• Drive improvements to key performance objectives (metrics) like On time delivery, First Pass Yield and Cycle reduction for all fulfillment activities by leading continuous improvement to the product and process
