Role Summary/Purpose

All resources, and logistics required to perform commissioning and maintenance activities on customers' site/property. These activities contribute to, install, supervise, commissioning and refurbish sold or existing products. Includes all types of maintenance service (preventive and remedial), manage maintenance facilities and field services engineering. This role will require frequent traveling up to 100 % to various client sites through out India and globally.
Essential Responsibilities

All activities related to the testing and validation of an equipment, facility or plant in accordance to the design objectives or specifications for operational use. Includes Performance Services, Performance tests. Major contribution to the development of an operational year plan for own department activities of the team. Suggests improvements in products, processes and procedures. Works together with people from the business unit. Contacts are under guidance and/or geared
towards specifying activities, planning of activities and giving explanations on technical issues. Targeted clients. Works on the basis of predefined contracts and frameworks. Some latitude to deviate from those conditions.
• Commissioning of MV / LV drives and automation of marine or metals industry
• Marine automation commissioning including DP system, Vessel control, Power control and HMI.
• Metals commissioning including automatic Gap control, Sequence control,
• Commissioning of field instruments, various communication system, networking.
• Creating and carrying out test procedures
• Ensuring site safety norms
• Coordinating with installation/project engineers/Project Managers
• Site report preparation, scheduling, planning and execution
• Needs to work closely with the global project team.
• Investigating technical problems, diagnosing/repairing faults
Qualifications/Requirements

Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college.
• B.E / M.E or equivalent / Electrical/Electronic engineering – Minimum 2 years’ experience
• DEEE- Minimum 4 years’ experience
