Role Summary/Purpose

The internship will be the first step toward a successful future in GE business. The program is led by GE professionals and mentors and is committed to developing future business leaders. New GEneration program combines coursework, intensive job assignments and interactive seminars to equip you with exceptional technical, and business skills.
Essential Responsibilities

• Reinforce regional Commercial and Finance Teams in course of Performance metrics collection, analysis & submission process, in various HQ Requests processing and administrative activities; 
• Support Baker Hughes and GE integration activities for Russia Caspian, including, but not limited to commercial, supply chain and finance workstreams; 
• Reinforce the Finance Team Financial data collection and analysis; analysis of purchase orders raised by local GE Businesses;
• Assistance in expenses’ forecasting & budgeting;  
• Help in managing relationship & communication with internal and external customers, regional sales force, GE businesses; 
• Management of Deal Machine/SalesForce.com commercial pipeline, QMI/deal pacing analysis, overseeing main commercial excellence metrics on track.
Qualifications/Requirements

• Current enrollment in a bachelor's or master's degree program 
• Ability to work 25 - 40 hours per week 
• Upper-intermediate English and Fluent Russian 
• Advanced Microsoft Office skills (mainly MS PowerPoint and MS Excel) 
• Strong analytical skills – able to analyze a big amount of data 
• Good organization and communication skills, ability to communicate at all levels with customs, finance and other cross functional teams based in Russia and Europe/US.
• Strong interpersonal skills / self-motivated and result oriented team player.
