Role Summary/Purpose

The Brazilian Clinical Leader - POC provides clinical and technical leadership during sales process by demonstration full range of products / Services to prospects of the US line. 
·  He/she is engaged with new and named accounts to establish credibility and drives clinical strategy. 
·  He/she provides thought leadership on product optimization and products market positioning. 
·  He/she is typically RN or MD with business and clinical experience.
Essential Responsibilities

·  Help commercial team to develop a Clinical expertise
·  Build relationship with Luminaries in order to develop clinical reference sites
·  Support clinical training to customers and distributors; Develop and deliver product training to customers on equipment use
·  Reinforce distributor clinical knowledge and monitor level of quality between them
·  Support GE technologies dissemination and clinical use
·  Support trade shows and professional conferences by performing product demonstration and customer training.
Qualifications/Requirements

·  Medical background and US expertise .
·  Willingness to travel up to 75% both within and outside your specified geographic region with overnight stays depending on geography and business need
·  Presentation skills (public speaking and lecture experience desired)
·  3 to 5 years Clinical experience
·  High focus on clinical knowledge.
·  Customer centricity.
·  High level of interpersonal skills, influencing Skills
·  Demonstrated interpersonal & communication skills (ability to effectively communicate, verbally and in writing, to global counterparts and to team members in other functional organizations)
·  Solid problem solving skills (ability to manage and resolve conflict, handle objections and negotiate during the sales process)
·  Self-motivated, willingness to take the initiative to identify opportunities for improvement and take actions to improve
·  Ability to multi-task effectively and manage multiple priorities at one time
·  Intermediate/ Advanced English skills
Desired Characteristics

·  Clinical Application in the Radiology market (Vascular, MSK, Abdominal, etc)
·  Healthcare business and process knowledge
·  At least 3 (Three) Customer contacts to give a feedback.
