Role Summary/Purpose

The Cash Analyst is a part of HCS Commercial Finance and will provide financial and operational support for GE Healthcare in Korea. He/she will partner with the commercial team (Sales & products) as well as working closely with functions to drive increased visibility into operating performance with the goal of driving revenue growth and increased profitability. He/she will support commercial team (Sales & Products) to sell easier in the market to the customers.
Essential Responsibilities

•             Support
Cash leader by performing below tasks:

Facilitate cash operation by performing account receivables
and inventory deep-dive data analysis and share with stakeholders to minimize
company’s loss: mainly focusing on AR bad debt and inventory obsolescence
expense management

Lead communication between GOF China and Commercial
Operation team on cash application status to reduce past due receivables and
aged cash balance by raising dispute and fixing errors on Oracle

Support and prepare APAC cash reporting, including monthly
ops review, weekly CFO pulse, and daily pulse during closing. Preparation
includes providing quarterly working capital flow estimation and actual, as
well as clear explanation on estimation variances, and latest risks &
opportunities.

Support company’s credit risk assessment in managing
Healthcare dealers to secure collectability as well as to avoid potential
compliance risk: Lead communication regarding dealer credit status between
dealers, commercial, and finance team, including dispute resolution and cash
tool management

Lead simplification projects where time saving opportunities
are found, and facilitate current cash projects such as GECARS maintenance and
Cash tool implementation (MS Access) by understanding the full scope, and make
improvements as necessary

Qualifications/Requirements

•             Bachelor’s
degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration; 1~2 years of finance
work experience preferred; FMP graduate or GE FP&A working experience might
be a plus

•             Demonstrated
experience and understanding of Accounting Principles

•             Strong
analytic skills: able to clearly link financial results to operational
performance drivers, generate alternatives and drive positive change

•             Clear
thinking / problem solving: ability to lead cross-functional projects/process
improvement within operations/finance function involving process improvement;
able to quickly grasp new ideas

•             Excellent
communication skills: ability to clearly communicate complex financial
information in a easy to understand manner; able to deliver message effectively
verbally and in writing; experience working across multiple levels (including
executive level), functions and regions would be a plus

•             Strong
interpersonal skill : Confidence/Assertiveness and strong influencing skills

•             Adaptable/Flexible:  being open to change in response to new
information, different or unexpected circumstances, and/or to work in ambiguous
situations

•             Solid PC
skills: experience with financial systems/applications (i.e.: Oracle, SAP,
COGNOS, Business Objects, MS Access, etc.), strong Excel skills in data
compilation and aggregation (i.e. pivot tables, VLookup, and Macros)

•             You must
be willing to submit to a background investigation, including for example,
verification of past employment, criminal history, and educational background

•             Integrity:
