Role Summary/Purpose

We are looking for a BI Web Developer – Business Intelligence to join our Centre of Excellence, being part of a GE Healthcare’s Data & Analytics team. You will be responsible for building business intelligence solutions on simultaneous projects under BI Solution Delivery Center.
Essential Responsibilities

• Ensure delivering, through Agile Scrum, web applications & dashboards new features within the right software architecture produced with the highest possible quality in the fastest possible time and maintain the ability to continue to do so in the future 
• Applies standard development procedures and a detailed applications knowledge in area of responsibility to create technical designs driving towards simple, sustainable, and reusable solutions

Qualifications/Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or other technical / IT field, or similar related industry experience. 

• Strong experience as a Front End Software Engineer/Developer in an agile development team.

Desired Characteristics

• Experience working with HTML/CSS/Javascript/jQuery 
• Excellent understanding of responsive design and experience working with Bootstrap. 

• Experience working with Rally/JIRA and comfortable working with Git, 
• Prior experience with SQL coding languages, 
• Experience with BI/data visualization tools like Spotfire, Tableau, Qlikview, etc. would be an advantage
