Role Summary/Purpose

The Growth Sales Manager will be accountable for developing and executing customer strategy for Bently Nevada product and service offerings for 15-20 midsize customers in a limited geographic territory and responsible for orders growth of products and services for these target customers. You will also work to develop long-term relationships with customers, manage complex issues and projects, analyze market trends, and be involved in the bringing to life the overall business strategy.
Essential Responsibilities

In this role of Bently Nevada Growth Sales Manager, you will:

·  Develop and execute customer strategy for 15-20 midsize customers in a limited geographic territory and responsible for orders growth of products and services for these targeted customers

·  Develop strategies and action plans around shared BHGE customers with BHGE M&C, OFS, OFE, TPS, Digital and GE Power within their assigned territory. Responsible for developing and executing a Bently Nevada strategy and action plan for these customers that is aligned with our partner BHGE and GE businesses

·  Lead and facilitate team work within the commercial family (sales managers, inside sales, CCR’s, services and CommOps) assigned to support the Growth commercial accounts within their assigned territory. Will be responsible for communicating growth strategy, as well as driving execution on customer orders across the team

·  Be the main point of contact for customers and be responsible for facilitating all relationships and engagements at customer facilities within assigned territory.

·  Lead and Participate in cross functional teams and projects to achieve account and region goals

·  Be responsible for the identification and growth of existing accounts through sale of full portfolio of hardware, software and services

·  Be responsible for customer account growth including strategy development, planning and execution, product/service opportunities identification, and value communication

·  Provide feedback to the product line team on customer wants and needs, new product/service needs, product modifications and help them develop sound business cases

·  Facilitate engagement of customers through CAB / VOC / NPI feedback sessions

·  Actively engage in the selling of our main digital offerings such as Meridium, SmartSignal, and APM

·  Create a value/consultative/outcome selling strategy through understanding of customers process and business model including associated key drivers

·  Lead / Initiate partnerships with other BHGE and GE commercial teams to leverage customer relationships

·  Learn and lead generation/coordination of BHGE product offerings across all product segments (OFS, OFE, Digital / M&C)

·  Interpret and understand contractual commitments
Qualifications/Requirements

·  Bachelor's Degree in a STEM field (Science, Technology, Engineering, Math) from an accredited college or university (OR High School Diploma / GED from an accredited school or institution with a minimum 7 years of experience in a STEM related field including a minimum 3 years experience in sales and/or engineering

·  Minimum 3 years experience in sales and/or engineering

Eligibility Requirements:

·  Travel ~50% of time, as required

·  Possess a valid driver's license and a clean driving record
Desired Characteristics

·  Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or equivalent from an accredited college or university

·  Minimum 7 years of sales experience in an industrial market space (Power Generation, O&G, Petrochem) including OEM customers

·  Knowledge of Bently Nevada products, services, and other machinery protection and management systems

·  Knowledge of industry products, services, and markets

·  Strong oral, written and presentation communication skills

·  Demonstrated leadership skills through prior work assignments

·  Strong teamwork and interpersonal relationship skills

·  In-depth knowledge of the industrial applications for product lines and markets

·  Experience with and commitment to use CRM

·  Demonstrated ability to analyze and resolve problems

·  Proactive work style, creativity, and engagement

·  Demonstrated ability to execute and drive results

·  Understanding of modern maintenance methodologies (PM, PdM, RCM, etc) for plant electrical and mechanical equipment
