Role Summary/Purpose

CoreTech Solutions – Digital Workplace Support & Services –Looking for a person who is highly motivated, energetic, comfortable with technology and a client service professional. As a member of the Client Lifecycle team, the candidate would be responsible for: client assets (PC, mobile, etc.) maintenance and management. The HST will also focus on new technology deployment, service delivery management, and inventory management.
Essential Responsibilities

·  Ensure devices are tested and configured per established instructions and guidelines
·  Troubleshoot and repair different asset types such as laptops, desktops, and/or mobile devices
·  Asset maintenance, such as setup, configuration, testing, wiping, etc.
·  Quality assurance for assets
·  Physical sanitization of assets
·  Ticket management, including follow-up work and/or calls
·  Inventory management, such as picking and pulling assets, asset tagging, etc.
Qualifications/Requirements

·  0-2 years of experience with client (PC) technologies
·  Any offer of employment is conditioned upon the successful completion of a background investigation
·  To be elegible, applicants are legal aged to work in the country were the opening is available

·  Excellent computer skills are necessary
·  Ability to solve problems and troubleshoot technical issues
·  Effective communicate skills
·  Knowledge of basic hardware, software, and networking
·  Familiarity with PC necessary, familiarity also with Mac and mobile devices preferred
·  Self-Motivated with attention to detail 
·  Knowledge of various OS platforms i.e. Mac, Windows, iOS, Android
·  Strong team player – collaborates well with others to solve problems and actively incorporates input from various sources
·  Ability to manage time effectively, set priorities appropriately, operates with minimal supervision, and maintain professional demeanor under stress
·  Ability to anticipate, identify, and resolve problems; in complex, difficult, or stressful situations
·  Ability to deliver results in a rapidly changing dynamic environment
·  Ability to manage multiple projects / priorities simultaneously
·  Strong track record of understanding and interest in current and emerging technologies demonstrated through training, job experience, and / or industry activities
