Role Summary/Purpose

The Healthcare FP&A COE (which has over 100 resources now) provides FP&A support to various GE Healthcare businesses across the globe. The analyst will support C&B Horizontal team
Essential Responsibilities

Primary responsibilities include (but are not limited to):
1. Coordinate with stakeholders to get inputs for planning and estimation cycles
2. Provide Estimation and Analytics support for C&B
3. Prepare/lead preparation of detailed FX analytics for C&B
4. Compare the actuals with Estimate, OP, previous Qtr.
5. Share Closing Tracker, HC reports along with major variance analysis with stakeholders
6. Download HR reports and run necessary validations
7. Prepare and load Journal Entries and Internal Billing wherever required
8. Create headcount vacancy in the Employee Costing Management (ECM) tool
9. Validate the OHR and costing fields
10. Obtain HR reports and review and perform costing checks- cost center, base/variable etc.
11. Drive simplification and standardization projects
12. Comply with local and US GAAP reporting requirements as well as internal GE policies and procedures
Qualifications/Requirements

• This position is open to internal candidates
• Chartered Accountant/Cost Accountant/MBA Finance or Equivalent
• 2 - 8 years of progressive finance experience
• Excellent analytical skills: able to clearly link financial results to operational performance drivers, generate alternatives and drive positive change
• Strong PC skills: experience with financial systems/applications such as Oracle, SAP, Hyperion, etc. Strong Excel skills in data compilations and aggregation (pivot tables, Vlookup etc)
• Self-motivated, high energy individual
• Proven communication and stakeholder management skills
• Working hours in shifts (any 8 hour shift between 8 am and 1030 pm India time)
