Role Summary/Purpose

The primary responsibility of the Analyst - Bank Infrastructure Management will be supporting bank connectivity and reporting activities initially as part of Treasury Management Systems project implementation and later as part of day to day activities
Essential Responsibilities

This role creates a unique opportunity for growth into a strong treasury operations leader. In the role of Analyst - Bank Infrastructure Management, you will: 

• Support bank connectivity activities including set up and management of Payments & Bank Reporting channels 

• Participate in the testing of Payments & Bank Reporting capabilities of the bank connectivity channel 

• Monitor the completeness & quality of bank reporting files from the banks 

• Assist with the resolution of payment & bank reporting issues with the banks 

• Assist with establishing bank connectivity with new partner banks 
 
• Support BHGE Treasury with special projects from time to time

Qualifications/Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance from an accredited college or university or equivalent knowledge and experience 

• Background and work experience with financial services processes and products 

• Strong process execution and customer service mindset 

• Ability to effectively collaborate across geographical locations, business and functions to deliver on goals & objectives  

• Advanced analytical, organization, interpersonal skills along with strong service commitment 

• Ability to - work pro-actively and independently, prioritize multiple tasks and meet strict deadlines 

• Proficient in spreadsheet and modeling skills 
 
• Willing to adapt quickly to quick changes in direction 

• Team Spirit – Should be a good team player 

• Capacity to handle issues during crisis and otherwise
