Role Summary/Purpose
The Administrator provides effective and responsive administrative services to support the business operations and pre – payroll activity.
Essential Responsibilities
· Pre-payroll of Hourly production employees
· Administration of Training Application
· Absenteeism control and decrease program
· Labor relation, related to Hourly absenteeism
· Support in general activities of Human Resources
Qualifications/Requirements
· Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited university or college
· 1 - 2 years of experience in others Administrative positions and pre-payroll preparation
Desired Characteristics
· Strong knowledge of Microsoft, specialty advance knowledge of excel
· Tress systems or another related system to process pre- payroll
· Proficiency in English
