Role Overview

The Administrative Specialist provides comprehensive administrative and clerical support to ensure the efficient operation of the department. This role is responsible for coordinating daily office activities, supporting internal and external communications, and assisting with documentation, data management, and basic reporting

The Ideal Candidate

·  Manage the cleaning & landscaping supplier; Manage day to day work of cleaners, to ensure company always under clean conditions. Ensure Company landscape under well condition.
·  Effectively manage meal supplier; Conduct regular a/o ad-hoc supplier audit to ensure meal quality.
·  Effectively manage Shuttle Bus supplier; Design effective shuttle bus routine to meet employees’ needs. Conduct regular a/o ad-hoc supplier audit to ensure meal quality.
·  Handle passport, visa and/or invitation letter applications for company expatriates, guest and employees in travel.
·  Organize employee activities, including annual dinner, sports, outing, games, etc. to enhance employees’ life in Company; Maintain Company notice board and newspaper board.
·  Comply with company policy and process including but not limit in compliance, quality, production, EHS, HR & Admin, lean, etc.
·  Other reasonable tasks assigned by organizational or functional supervisor(s).

Required Qualifications

·  Bachelor’s degree in business administration, admin management or other field.  
·  Above 3 year of relevant working experience

·  Strong communication skills and high sense of responsibility
·  Strong interpersonal and leadership skills
