Job description

· To ensure order entry into ERP system in an accurate and timely manner.
· Artwork submission for scheme approval.
· To proactively monitor orders in production.
· To ensure Invoicing process is done accurately and in a timely manner.
· Shipment organization with customer & manufacturing site including inspection.
· To manage issues relating to custom clearance / Export certification
· To handle Credit Note approval for internal issues relating to process/system.
· To archive all file and documents related to an order.
· Reports updates for customer reporting.
· To attend to Internal Trainings/Meetings.

Desired profile

Qualifications :

·  To succeed at this job you must have basic knowledge in Microsoft Office, contract management, export, logistics
·  We would appreciate if you had ERP knowledge
·  You need to be fluent in English and Filipino
·  We would like someone to join our team who is customer-oriented, organized, autonomous, team player, has excellent verbal and written communication skills, works well under pressure
·  We are looking for someone with at least 1-3 years of experience in order management/administration and/or customer service
·  We are looking for someone who holds at least a Bachelor's degree
