Job description
As an Administrative Assistant, you will be responsible for providing overall clerical and administrative support to ensure effective and efficient office operations.
A week in the life of
an Administrative Assistant you will be responsible for the following:
- Handle processing of all government operational permits for Gemalto Philippines Inc. i.e. business permit, barangay clearance (Makati)
- Organize & attend meetings & events for Sales BU such as customer meetings, plant tour, bid conferences etc.
- Manage the end-to-end admin, clerical and logistical support in BU operations i.e. petty cash management, travel arrangement, office supplies and etc.
- Handle all administrative support for the President
Desired profile
Knowledge, Skills and Experience
- To succeed in this job, you must have: strong computer skills including knowledge of Microsoft Office.
- It would be preferred if you have experience working in a fast paced environment.
- You must be fluent in English and [local language].
- We would like someone to join our team who is outgoing, a strong communicator and able to interact with all levels, service-oriented, rigorous, flexible and organized.
- You must have a Degree in a related field.
- We are looking for someone with at least 2-4 years of experience as an administrative or office assistant, preferably in customer facing roles.
